MAXSPORT-TOMAHAWK
Maxsport has been marketing remanufactured competition tyres throughout
Europe for over 15 years and has become one of the leaders in the field
of motorsport. Extensive research and development has resulted in the wide range
of tyres currently available and we are committed to an ongoing development
program in order to meet the ever changing needs of our customers.
The manufacture of Maxsport was previously outsourced but in August 2002
we purchased a 37,000 square foot factory at Rhayader in Mid Wales and
created our own production facility. This major development by Maxsport
entailed an investment of over £1,000,000 and enabled us to bring the
manufacturing under our direct control, thus enabling us to ensure that all our
tyres are produced to the highest quality.
In August 2004 we added the Tomahawk motorcycle tyre range to our
portfolio of products and now produce these in a range of colours for road and
track use.
The combination of a new range of compounds developed exclusively for
Maxsport and the use of proven tread designs has resulted in a string of
both national and international class wins which serve as testament to the
performance of our tyres.
Our primary objective is to continue to provide all our products at affordable
prices without any sacrifice to quality and performance.
